Use any disposable bag (ie. trashbag) for your first visit, we will provide a free customized VIP bag upon delivery.

Text -First create your account by texting "create [your email]" to 713-766-1171. Place an order by texting your locker number [ie. "325"] to 713-766-1171.

App -Download the Levee Locker app and login. Select “place a new order.”

Computer –Setup and login to your Levee Locker account. Click “place a new order.”

When your laundry is ready to be picked up, we notifyyou via text and email.

NOTE

Your text and email will contain the locker number and code (last 4 digits of your telephone number) so you know which locker to get your clothes from.

Your clean laundry will be deliveredwithin 48hrs. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number into the locker we text’d and emailed you to open the locker.

Detailed Order Tracking Know where your clothes are at all times by checking pending orders and viewing past orders online. We have complete visibility of your items through our barcoding system. Missing items are a thing of the past!
	Environmentally Friendly Cleaning We ensure our cleaning partners do not use “Perc” – a toxin to people and the environment – in the dry cleaning process. We remove as much unneeded paper processes as possible and recycling hangers is our game.
